WALNUT SPREAD ON A MINI TURKISH FLATBREAD

Ingredients

  • Ricotta 100 gr
  • Walnut 100 gr
  • Honey 1 tablespoon
  • Thyme 3 sprigs
  • Olive oil 2 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  • Arugula Hand full
  • Pepper and salt

Make a spread of the ricotta, walnut, honey, thyme, olive oil, lemon juice, pepper and salt (make sure the walnuts are chopped fine). Garnish with arugula
