FIGS GOAT CHEESE ON A MINI TURKISH MULTIGRAIN FLATBREAD

Ingredients

  • Cream cheese 50 gr
  • Fig 2 pieces
  • Goat cheese with honey 2 tablespoons
  • Thyme 1 sprig
  • Walnut handfull
  • Olive oil 1 tablespoons
  • Balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • Honey 1 teaspoon
  • Mustard 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper and salt

Spread bread with some cream cheese, top with fig, goat cheese, walnut and some thyme tips. Make a vinagrette with the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey and mustard
